Juanita Torres
A Registered Nurse with 15+ years of clinical experience. She began her nursing journey as a staff nurse and gained experience in multiple specialties such as medsurg, post-partum, and perioperative nursing. As a PACU/Pre-op Nurse Manager of a multispecialty surgery center in Oakland, CA, she helped develop and implement COVID-19 safety protocols, leading and supporting a perioperative team through the pandemic, allowing the continuation of urgent and emergent surgical procedures.
Her leadership qualities led to her becoming the Director of Nursing of a premiere multispecialty surgery center in Northern California. Her love of skin was gained in 2012 when she launched her own natural skincare care line Just Genuine Skincare. She continued her knowledge of aesthetics by becoming Certified in Advanced Facial Aesthetics, PCA Skincare Certified, Botox & Dermal Filler Certified, and remains committed to crafting her expertise for inclusive skincare and wellness.

Yalda Sedghi
Dr. Yalda Sedghi, a distinguished Primary Care Physician with nearly a decade of experience, is a versatile medical professional with a unique blend of expertise. Her journey in healthcare has taken her through the realms of outpatient and inpatient care, as well as urgent care, allowing her to excel in a variety of medical settings.
Notably, Dr. Sedghi spent three years at the helm of a dermatology clinic, during which she worked closely with the dermatology chief, honing her skills in dermatology, hormone replacement therapy, and general medicine. Her commitment to providing comprehensive patient care shines through in her work.
In addition to her primary care role, Dr. Sedghi is the Owner and CEO of Bliss and Bloom Medical Aesthetics, Inc., a thriving medical spa specializing in aesthetics. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of procedures, including neurotoxins, injectables, laser treatments, peptides, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and weight loss solutions. Her journey into aesthetics commenced in 2019 and quickly evolved from a hobby to a passion alongside her primary medical practice.
With extensive training in all aspects of aesthetics, including fillers, injectables, lasers, PRP, biostimulators, HRT, and weight loss, Dr. Sedghi brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her role as a medical spa owner, practitioner, and medical director.
